Renaissance West End Flats

Denver, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for the Colorado Coalition’s fifteenth property aimed at creating a lasting solution to homelessness. The building, located at Colfax and Zenobia, in Denver, consists of four stories of residential units plus community space such as meeting rooms, laundry and computer facilities, over a ground level retail and business space. Open parking garages are also at ground level at each end of the property to minimize parking congestion along the streets and maximize parcel area.
