Northglenn Civic Center

Northglenn, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for the first phase of the new Northglenn Civic Center complex located in the heart of the City.  This phase consisted of an 88,0000 sf recreation center, senior center, and 320-seat theatre.  The facility includes aquatics, a gymnasium, an indoor track, a fitness facility, community gathering spaces, licensed child-care and preschool, and administrative support areas.
