Navajo Technical University – 20,000

Chinle, AZ | This new NTU Chinle Campus includes a 20,000 square-foot, two-story classroom building with seven classrooms, biology and chemistry labs with a lab prep area, computer lab, student den, library/media room, faculty breakroom, tutoring, restrooms, lobby, storage, and building support spaces. This project included approximately 10 acres of site development, utility coordination with NTUA, Frontier, BIA, and NHA, and infrastructure with a strategy for the buildout of future phases on the overall total 39.27-acre campus.  The project was completed in association with Indigenous Design Studio & Architecture.
