  • 12-12-2014 02:00 PM Halliburton Coring Shop Addition 3,000 sqft addition to existing Coring Shop on Halliburton Fort Lupton Campus. The North end-wall of existing building will be removed to accept the new building. Re-use the existing OH door, walk door, and signage from the North end-wall. New addition will be pre-engineered metal building supported on spread footing, and grade beam foundation. Interior of building to house an extension of existing crane rails to support a new 5-Ton bridge crane. Slab on grade will be sloped to a centered trench drain, which is connected to a 3,000 gallon sand/oil interceptor outside the building. Addition will receive new water, air, and gas piping, radiant tube heaters, evaporative cooling, and exhaust ventilation. Electrical needs are power to mechanical equipment, relocated OH door, heat trace in the gutter, and interior and exteiror lighting. There is limited electrical and plumbing demo. Site will have minimal grading to receive new concrete paving and ramp to new building access, and a connection from the new sand/oil interceptor to the sanitary sewer main.
