Williston, ND | FCI completed this state-of-the art regional workforce training and education center that provides Northwest North Dakotans access to technical skills and training needed to meet the current and future needs of the state’s oil and gas industry. This 20,000 SF building is two-stories with concrete insulated wall panel construction.
