Typically, the new Wells Fargo Banks include office space, teller stations, lobby, vault and restrooms.  Each project contains high-end interior finishes, security systems, and vacuum tube delivery systems for drive-up banking.  The exteriors are designed to fit into the surrounding retail environment and vary greatly within the state.

In our history, FCI has completed over 35 projects for the Norwest/Wells Fargo Properties Group, including six new facilities and several remodels.  We have built Wells Fargo Banks in Gunnison, Loveland, Longmont, Highlands Ranch, Arvada, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Durango, and Glenwood Springs.
