Vectra Bank
Grand Junction, CO
This new 10,300 square foot branch bank and regional office/training center in Grand Junction was completed in summer of 2006 after a seven month construction period. The two story structure is steel framed with pile foundations, stucco exterior and membrane roof. The building features a 4-lane drive thru with canopy and extensive glazing and high-quality interior finishes. At the completion of the project, FCI was able to return over $100,000 to the Owner as a result of savings during construction.
