Questa Ranger Station
Carson National Forest, NM

The Questa Ranger Station is located in the Carson National Forest which is 20 miles north of Taos, NM. The existing bridge was removed and installed by another contractor so an alternate route had to be created which caused some difficulty in getting to the site. The construction included a 8,500 SF office and 1,720 SF shop building, sidewalks and new asphalt parking areas, and an automated security gate. Material used to complete the construction included footing and stem walls, pine tongue and groove ceilings with exposed viga accents, carpet and quarry tile.
