Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District Headquarters Campus

This campus-like project included 19 acres of site development consisting of concrete and asphalt paving, a rock and water feature and drought-resistant landscaping and irrigation pond. The buildings constructed on site were a 45,000 SF office building with natural wood and stone finishes and extensive security system, a 33,600 SF maintenance and shop building, and 3 new storage buildings totaling 18,000 SF. The steel structures were built on both drilled piers and spread footing foundations. This $12.7 million project began in June 2002 and was completed in August 2003.
