Frontier Refining Office Building
Cheyenne, WY

This new 70,434 square foot two story office building boasts exposed structural stainless steel in the main atrium and stairwells along with wood and granite flooring on the second level. The abundance of windows and the curtain wall at the main entry provide a wealth of natural light. The building’s underground water collection system contains a unique pumping system that is designed to detect and shut down if any unusual substances are discovered. The building also has a fully automated mechanical system and is powered from the refinery plant located across the street.
