Three Springs Buildings C & D
Durango, CO

Building C consisted of 24,190 square feet and Building D had 27,220 square feet. The first floor of each was built for retail space and the second floors for office space. The owner’s needs mandated that significant office space re-designs and remodels were accomplished three different times during construction. Each building has high end interior finishes including granite countertops, concrete countertops, stained floors with sandblasted designs, wood wall panels, pre-rusted metal wall panels, and stainless steel handrails and guardrails. The outside finish of the buildings are a combination of stucco, slate tile, masonry and three types of different types of metal siding. LEED® certification was a goal for this project. During construction we were able to recycle 66% of the waste produced!
