Westminster Fire Station No. 2
Westminster, CO

This new 15,000 square foot fire station was completed for the City of Westminster in December of 2003. The building is structural steel stud framing with EIFS and brick veneer.  It contains four truck bays, sleeping quarters for 12, full kitchen, and training and exercise rooms. The project was completed for $1.6 million in just under nine months.  This project was one of a two-project bid package released by the City for bidding.  The other project, the Irving Street Library and Park, was completed by FCI in March of 2004.
