La Plata County Fleet Maintenance Facility
Durango, CO

FCI served as the CM/GC for this $4.7 million, 30,220 sf facility which includes a vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance shop, inside storage for heavy equipment,  traffic sign shop, administrative offices, vehicle fueling and wash bay facility, storage of asphalt oils, dust control palliative, winter sanding and de-icing material, paved parking for equipment, employees and visitors (plus circulation pattern), and landscaped areas to mitigate noise and visual impacts.  The project began in September 2003 and reached completion in July 2004.
