Irving St. Library and Park
Westminster, CO

This new 15,058 square foot library was completed for the City of Westminster in March of 2004.  The building is glu-lam and masonry structure with wood decking, exterior stonework and extensive architectural millwork.  The property is also home to a new city park with playground and picnic shelter and a bronze sculpture that also functions as a fountain.  The project was completed for $3.6 million in just under twelve months.
