Gilbert South Area Service Center

FCI was the design build contractor for this new 89,000 square foot Service Center. This multiuse facility is home to an Administrative Building, Police Substation/Public Works, Shops Building, Fleet Maintenance Facility, Fueling Area, Truck Wash, Parks/Recreation Building, Water/Waste Water Building and a Household Hazardous Waste Building. The 33 acre site also has a outdoor storage area and a service yard. A full security system was also included that features CCTV, a card reader system and voice data.
