FCI Constructors, Inc. recently served as the CM/GC for this new 54,500 SF community recreation center and library facility. The 46,918 SF recreation center features a combination leisure/lap pool, outdoor pool (update current pool), senior areas and spaces, multipurpose meeting rooms, group exercise room, gymnasium, catering kitchen, elevated running track, child sitting room, wellness/fitness space, locker rooms, lobby and office spaces. Mesa County Libraries partnered with the City of Fruita to move and expand their library site to the Fruita community recreation center. .
