Eagle Town Hall

FCI constructed this 14,460 square foot Town Hall for the Town of Eagle at a total project cost of $2,867,408 or $198/sf. The project was hard bid and includes new city council chambers, administrative offices, building and planning departments, the police department, and an exercise/locker area in the basement. The structure is steel with a masonry skin. The project began in September 2001 and was completed in October 2002.
