Sunnyside Elementary School
Durango, CO

One of several projects FCI has completed for the Durango 9R School District, the Sunnyside project consisted of a 31,000 square foot addition of classrooms, cafeteria, administration, art and reading rooms and renovation of some classrooms and the playground. The parking area and detention pond were re-worked and new playground equipment was installed. The new addition was structural steel on spread footings and included an engineered septic system and a full fire suppression system.
