Frontier Valley Elementary School
Parker, CO

This new 55,868 square foot elementary school was completed in July of 2001 for the Douglas County School District.  FCI was able to complete the building one month ahead of schedule in spite of the added elements of the project after bid day.  The prototype design is a steel structure with brick veneer built on a caisson, grade beam and precast tee foundation creating a mechanical crawlspace.  The site is 11-acres and required 20’ to 30’ cuts and fills to balance.
