Desert View Elementary
San Luis, AZ
This new K-6 elementary school began in December of 2002, and was completed in just nine months. The 60,000 square foot building is a steel framed structure with masonry veneer, with standing seam roof. The building was designed to comply with Seismic Zone IV requirements. This CM at Risk project was FCI’s fourth new elementary built for the Gadsden Elementary School District. We have also recently completed our fifth, the new 55,000 square foot Ed Pastor Elementary for this District.
