Renaissance at Lowry Housing

As the CM/GC, FCI teamed with the Owner and Architect to begin pre-construction in Spring of 2002. The project consists of two 2-story and five 3-story apartment buildings with a clubhouse and pool. There are 120-units totaling 173,000 square feet of subsidized housing for low-income and homeless located on Lowry Redevelopment property. Ground-breaking occurred in September of 2002 and the project was completed in December of 2003. The structures are wood-framed with brick veneer and siding. Asphalt shingles make up the roofing system.
