Residence Hall at Laramie County Community College
Cheyenne, WY
This second residence hall on the campus of LCCC began in August of 2005 after a few months of budgeting and value engineering during pre-construction. The four-story, wood-framed structure has room for 192 students with a total of 66,888 square feet. Each floor has a student lounge at the end, and features a 7,500 square foot commons area attached to the southwest part of the building. Completed in August of 2006, the new hall was a welcome addition to the College, who also provides use of this building to visitors during the summers. The exterior skin is metal siding glazing and brick veneer with single ply EPDM roofing.
