Durango VOA Elderly Housing
Durango, CO 

This new elderly housing complex for the Volunteers of America has recently been completed in Durango, Colorado.  Included in the project is one two-bedroom apartment and twenty-nine one-bedroom apartments as part of the three-story building.  The 25,706 square foot, accessible building has an inviting entry lobby, as well as a kitchen and laundry area, and activity rooms for residents’ use.  Landscaping, sidewalks, and access roads were all part of the contract, completed in April of 2006.
