Commons Assisted Living Facility
Grand Junction , CO

FCI served as the CM/GC for this 141-unit assisted living facility.  The units are available in studio, one- or two-bedrooms, and each resident may use the common dining rooms, salon, meeting rooms, library, and activity rooms.  The structure is steel on a mat slab with stucco skin, and project scope included a full kitchen facility and 14-acres of site development for several future buildings, including a second phase of this project. 
FCI recently completed two additional assisted living facilities as CM/GC for this Owner:  The Fountains Assisted Living Facility and The Cottages at the Commons, both in Grand Junction.
