Arlington Park Apartments at Univ. of Northern Colorado

This privatized student housing project for UNC began in Spring of 2001 with FCI and Christopher Carvell Architects in collaboration with Allen & O’Hara Educational Services.  The project includes five new three-story apartment buildings and the renovation of Arlington Elementary School which became additional apartments and administrative areas.  The 180-unit project is comprised of two and four-bedroom apartments.  Carvell and FCI were in constant contact during the beginning months of the project to ensure the Owner’s needs were met and that project was within budget.  The wood-framed apartment complex reached completion in time for the arrival of students in the Fall 2002.
