UNC Holmes Dining Hall

The new Holmes Dining Hall on the University of Northern Colorado is a beautiful addition to the west side of the campus.  The 35,500 square foot building houses an open food court with several independent vendors and has a seating capacity for 550 students.  The dining hall includes a complete kitchen with storage and preparation equipment in addition to automated tray retrieval and cleansing system.  There are backpack storage areas, seating areas, and large, open entries and lobbies for the large number of gathering students at meal times.  The exterior features brick and stone accents and clay tile roof designed to blend with the surrounding buildings.
