This new academic classroom building at Mesa State College is a three-story, steel framed structure on driven piles, with a glass and masonry exterior. A recipient of LEED® Gold Certification, the building features a geothermal loop system, an automated lighting and ventilation control system, with operable windows, and a xeriscaped perimeter. The rooftop terrace offers students a quiet outdoor retreat. The building is primarily for classroom and office space, with computer labs and student lounges at frequent intervals.
