Information Library & Learning Center at University of Wyoming

FCI provided CM-at-Risk services, including four phases of budgeting and value engineering, constructability review, and scheduling during pre-construction. There were phases to the project which included a new 92,765-square-feet addition to the east of the current building. The second phase, a 188,656 SF renovation of existing space was completed subsequently. The facility contains offices and support space for Coe Library administration, collection, and technical services, and the Hebard Collection. In addition, the facility will house the Ellbogen Center for Teaching and Learning, the Writing Lab, Learning Commons (consultation rooms, group study rooms, and classrooms), Student Computer Commons (24-hour operation), a cafe, and Disability Support Services.
