This new academic center for Colorado Mountain College in Edwards, Colorado is primarily classroom with administrative space.  The structure is steel with a stucco skin and metal roof.  Several sustainable building measures were incorporated into the design including the use of recycled and regional content material, indoor air quality control measures, daylighting and energy-efficient lighting and mechanical systems.  At the completion of the project, we were able to return over $21,000 to Colorado Mountain College as the final construction costs came in below the GMP
