Crestone Student Housing at Colorado State University-Pueblo
Pueblo, CO
This new wood-framed, four-story residence hall at the Pueblo campus of Colorado State University is the first in a 3-phase master plan that will eventually accommodate 750 beds for the growing student population. Built on a caisson foundation, this building includes 72 dorm rooms, laundry facilities, common areas, conference and computer rooms, as well as management offices and mail rooms. The exterior of the building features CMU block, stucco and an aluminum storefront system with sun shades. This building reached completion in August of 2009, with students moving in for Fall semester.
