Adams State College Fine Arts

The Fine Arts projects at Adams State were a two-phase addition and renovation on the Alamosa campus.  The first phase consisted of the complete interior demolition and re-build of the existing science building into the new Fine Arts building.  This phase of the project included removing a portion of the second floor and roof above in one area to accommodate the new two-story gallery with skylight.  The second phase was the construction of a new 220-seat, 24,000 square foot theater building which also houses  costume and scene shops and dressing rooms, as well as ticket booths and public reception area.
