FCI constructed this new Hospice Center for Solari Hospice Care in 11 months. The project consisted of a new 8,152 SF single story Hospice Building of wood frame construction, a new 7,535 SF Office Building, and a new 5,960 SF Office Building. The patient rooms feature a Mitsubishi split systems allowing for either heating or cooling in the rooms. The building sits on a three acre site that was developed to include landscaping and a new parking lot
