Grand River Medical Center and Hospital
Rifle, CO

FCI served as the CM/GC for this new medical center and hospital in Rifle, Colorado. The project broke ground in November of 2001, and was completed in May of 2003. The 62,730 square foot building houses emergency suites, operating rooms, dietary clinic, medical labs, radiology department, MRI stations, and one-third of the building is medical office space. The site work involved development of 9 of the 19.5 acres, including extensive parking lots, detention ponds, landscaping and helicopter landing pad.
