Colorado West Mental Health Center

FCI served as the CM/GC for this new $7.8 million facility. The project consisted of four new buildings (Administration and Outpatient Services, Crisis Center and Detox, Adolescent Patient Care and Adult Patient Care) totaling 56,114 sf and all site work on 8+ acres. Construction began in February 2005 and was completed ahead of schedule and substantially below the original GMP in February 2006.
