FCI provided complete CM @Risk services for this major roof repair and renovation project.  Services provided during design included cost models and detailed cost estimating, development of GMP, constructability reviews, procurement of long lead items, utility coordination permit assistance, subcontractor selection and bid process, value engineering and master scheduling and progressive milestone scheduling.

 The Resurrection Parish Roof Repair and Renovations Project was our first project for the Diocese of Phoenix. The major component of this project was to replace the main roof structure that had failed during a major rain storm in 2006.The project also included new interior renovations, an addition of a new Chapel, and site improvements.
