Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church
Grand Junction, CO

FCI served as the CM/GC for this new, 32,000 sf church.  Project scope included a 1,000-seat sanctuary, day chapel, parish hall, nursery, classrooms and administrative areas. The structure is steel with a stone and copper siding skin, and the roof is a mix of copper and EPDM.  The project was completed in December 2000 at a total cost of $5,233,924.  As a result of our successful completion of this project, FCI was selected as the CM/GC for the Holy Family Catholic School upon recommendation from the Church.
