This CM/GC project consisted of a new 21,470 square foot addition to the existing church building.  The addition was constructed, while the building was occupied, over a new parking garage to maintain adequate parking for visitors after the construction was complete.  The addition is home for the Friendship Center, a spacious multi-purpose room with a kitchen and lounge for large gatherings.  The work also included demolition of a portion of the building, a complete fire sprinkler system and partial remodel of the original 80-year old building, existing classroom and activity spaces, chancel and offices.
