Durango, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for the renovations made to the Ouray School. The project included the expansion of the main entry vestibule and office spaces, with improvements to the site and to building ventilation. New science casework, the replacement of the entire roof, and new vestibules at the south-east corner and south side were also within our scope.
